Our roots are in healthcare, where we back founder-led and physician-owned practices and services companies, and we are expanding into critical infrastructure and technologies with social impact. We manage approximately $430 million and invest in established businesses with $1M+ in EBITDA, giving founders capital, a board of seasoned operators and physicians, and hands-on operating support, including our healthcare MSO, while they continue to lead the company.
