Fall Internship 

Human Resources (HR) facilitates the global hiring, retention, engagement, and development of the best talent in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will have exposure to the different parts within HR, such as talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and learning and development through our full-time program.

The internship is a great way to enhance your business acumen and gain insight into our industry. KVLR interns are placed into meaningful and influential roles that have an immediate and integral impact on the business. The opportunity is targeted to students entering the final year of their undergraduate or graduate education.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively continuing an excellent company culture.

  • Preparing employment agreements.

  • nterviewing candidates for new opportunities or roles.

  • Performing due diligence on candidates.

  • Monitoring the progress of the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade point average of 3.5

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or candidate for a Bachelors's or Master's

  • Excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement

  • Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about and committed to the healthcare & finance industry.
