Steven Collins

Steven Collins joined MEDNAX (NYSE: MD) in 2003 and served as Senior Vice President of Business Development, he was appointed to the role in 2010. Prior to joining MEDNAX, Steven was a Finance Director with KPMG Corporate Finance from 2001-2003. Formerly, he served as Director of Corporate Development for Auto Nation, Inc. from 96-98 and then as VP - Corporate Development from 1998 to 2001. Steven also held management positions with Baxter International, Inc. and W.R. Grace, Inc. His expertise is managing and building “hub and spoke” growth models from foundational platform acquisitions in various specialty areas. He holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Maryland and a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
